Delivery & shipping
We deliver nationwide across Kenya via trusted couriers. Delivery fees vary by product and by how far we’re shipping to.
How fees are calculated
- Every product has a per-unit shipping cost (based on its weight and size). Your delivery fee starts from the total of those costs across the items in your order.
- Your county picks a shipping zone, and its multiplier scales that total — closer counties pay less, remote ones pay a bit more.
- A minimum fee of Ksh 300 applies to standard delivery for orders that have no per-item shipping cost.
Delivery methods
- Standard delivery — zone-priced fee, arrives in 2–5 business days.
- Express delivery — the zone-priced fee plus a Ksh 400 surcharge, next-day in Nairobi & major towns.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive your tracking number by SMS and email. You can also check progress any time on the Track order page using your order number.
Delivery times start once your payment is confirmed and are estimates. Remote areas may take a little longer. Contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window.
