1. Using this store

By placing an order on Jameva you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details; we are not liable for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

2. Orders & payment

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable duties.
• An order is confirmed once payment via M-Pesa is received and verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is unavailable; you’ll be refunded in full for any payment already made.
• Coupon discounts and sale prices are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are shown on the Delivery & shipping page. Timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered and received.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled per the policy on the Returns page and the return window shown on each product. Refunds are issued back to your original M-Pesa payment method.

5. Product information

We work hard to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur between photos and the physical item. We are not liable for minor differences that do not materially affect the product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jameva’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
